In order to better protect people's life safety and health, according to the relevant requirements of Guangdong Province's "First-level Response to Major Public Health Emergencies" and combined with the actual situation in Xinhui District, Xinhui decided to suspend the operation of outpatient departments, individual clinics and village health stations within its jurisdiction. Details are as follows:

1.From February 4, 2020 10, the outpatient departments, individual clinics and village health stations in the whole district were closed. The resumption time will be announced separately.

Second, the township health and family planning bureaus, Si Qian People's Hospital, Huicheng Street Community Health Service Center, and township hospitals should strengthen supervision and management. Those who refuse to suspend business, refuse to cooperate, and do not implement the health supervision institutions will be dealt with according to law. According to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, its legal responsibility will be strictly investigated according to law.

Three, the region's relevant outpatient departments, individual clinics and village health stations should promptly notify the patients who have made an appointment to suspend medical treatment, clearly inform the public and do a good job in the relevant explanation. Other medical institutions in the region should co-ordinate personnel to fully meet the needs of the masses for diagnosis and treatment.
