The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Except for welfare institutions, places for the aged, prisons and mental health medical institutions, which continue to be closed for management according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control and industry management, all kinds of public places at all levels in the city have resumed normal business order in an all-round and orderly manner.

2. All public places should strictly implement current restriction, check the "trip code", "health code", "48-hour nucleic acid test negative certificate", wear masks, "one-meter line" and register the place code one by one. Managers, operators and service personnel of all public places should wear masks all the time, and fulfill the responsibility of reminding and supervising the entry personnel to wear masks.

3. Large-scale conferences, trainings, exhibitions, ceremonies, cultural performances and other activities should adhere to the principle of "whoever sponsors, who is responsible, who approves and who is responsible", strictly control the scale, formulate epidemic prevention and control plans, and strictly report and approve procedures, and it is strictly forbidden to hold them without the approval of the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters.

4. Departments in charge of various industries should strengthen supervision and management, and places that fail to strictly implement the provisions on epidemic prevention and control will be ordered to suspend business for rectification, and serious cases that cause the spread of epidemic will be severely investigated and dealt with according to laws and regulations.
