Introduction to attractions of Mahua Street:
Mahua Street is located on the main passage leading to Yulong Snow Mountain in Old Town of Lijiang, bordering Old Town of Lijiang in the south, Heilongtan Scenic Area in the east and Lijiang New Town in the west, with a very advantageous geographical position. At present, the urban pattern of Lijiang is mainly divided into two parts, one is Old Town of Lijiang, which has 3.8 square kilometers in Fiona Fang, and the other is Lijiang New Town, which is located in the northwest of the ancient city.
Because it is a historical and cultural heritage, it is impossible for the ancient city to have new commercial properties, but there are few commercial properties available for sale around the ancient city. The southernmost tip of Mahua Street is only 800 meters away from the ancient city, and its comparative advantage is very obvious. Second, the location of Mahua Street is the urban development direction of Lijiang. It is the key construction area of Lijiang municipal government in the next few years, with huge infrastructure and supporting facilities and huge space for future development. For example, the education road around the project should be widened, Guluwan Road should be rebuilt, and a large Dongba Museum is being planned.
Mahua Street adopts the traditional Naxi architectural style of Lijiang, not the modern style. Lijiang is a world-famous tourist attraction. With its casual, decent, friendly and simple Naxi architectural style, Old Town of Lijiang, which has a world cultural heritage, also represents the whole city.
Mahua Street covers an area of 300 mu, with a building area of 1 10000 square meters. According to the project layout and building products, Mahua Street is divided into seven business districts: Mahua Junyuan Garden, Mahua Yayuan Garden, Mahua Liufang Garden, Wenzhou Tide, West Lake Charm, Mahua Inn City and Mahua Xiangxie Road. The seven commercial blocks mainly engage in four categories of goods: inn, leisure, catering and clothing, and characteristic culture, so that consumers can shop in Mahua Street in one stop.
