He said: "He entered the arena at 7 am on the 21th and worked nonstop until 4 pm on the 21th. It was really tiring. Let's take baggage sorting as an example. On that day, 139 baggage handlers handled more than 111,111 pieces of luggage, and one-third of the big luggage could not reach the sorting hall of T3E building directly. All of them were handled manually, with a total weight of 212 tons. The total weight of luggage actually handled by each handler was about 5 tons. "
Zhang Xin said that what moved him most was the high-spirited passion of his colleagues. During the rush hour to ensure the departure of the Winter Olympics, the stevedores of Air China's ground suits kept carrying for four or five hours. They just took off their protective suits, took a sip of water and heard the guarantee notice of the next flight. Without saying anything, they immediately put down their water bottles, put on new protective clothing and threw themselves into their work. "Their eyes are only work, only tasks." Zhang Xin said that he wanted to take advantage of the flight gap to let some employees take a break, but his voice fell for a long time, but no one responded. Zhang Xin often goes back to the hotel to take antihypertensive drugs after a busy period, and then calms down a little and continues to fight with his colleagues in the terminal.
