I. Lubrication V. It means that the establishment of lubrication standards should cover five aspects. I added 1 "fixed method" as lubrication standard 6.
Lubrication standards should cover "six fixed" lubrication, fixed point, fixed quality, quantitative, timing, fixed method and fixed post;
1. Fixed point: refers to the lubrication part;
2. Quality decision: refers to the type and brand of lubricant;
3. Quantification: it refers to the specific description and judgment standard of equipment lubricant usage, and the parameters and measurement units should be specified in quantification;
4. Timing: refers to the interval of lubrication;
5. Setting method: refers to the tools used in lubrication, such as manual grease gun filling, manual daubing, manual pump filling, etc.
6. Fixed post: refers to the post that is clearly lubricated.
Second, the lubrication management system is easy to cover the whole process of lubrication management, as shown in the following figure:
3. China Equipment Management System Standard Equipment Management System-Requirements PMS/T 1-20 13 (This standard can be downloaded from Chengdu Huabiao Enterprise Management website or searched by Baidu. The requirements for lubrication management in the clause are as follows:
4.4.5 Equipment Lubrication Management
A) The enterprise shall, according to the needs of equipment lubrication management, define the lubrication management unit and equip full-time or part-time lubrication management and technical personnel, and define the responsibilities of personnel engaged in equipment lubrication management and daily lubrication personnel in equipment lubrication management positions at all levels of the enterprise;
Note 1: The equipment lubrication management of an enterprise is usually the responsibility of the equipment management department. Equipment management departments of large enterprises should be equipped with full-time lubrication engineers, equipment management departments of small and medium-sized enterprises should be equipped with part-time lubrication engineers, and oil changers in workshops can be full-time or part-time.
Note 2: Equipment lubrication management at all levels in enterprises usually refers to companies or factories, departments or departments, workshops or sections, teams and groups.
B) Enterprises should establish equipment lubrication management system, which should cover the whole process of equipment lubrication management, including the specific requirements and implementation methods of equipment lubrication management, so as to guide the daily lubrication management of enterprises;
Note: The whole process of equipment lubrication management mainly includes: lubricant selection (including lubricant substitution), demand planning, purchase acceptance (new oil quality evaluation), warehousing, lubricant distribution, visual management of lubricants and lubrication facilities, daily lubrication and inspection of equipment (fixed point, fixed quality, fixed quantity, fixed time, fixed method and fixed person), equipment lubrication and wear monitoring (in-use oil evaluation) and equipment. Equipment lubrication wear fault analysis and prevention, sealing and leakage prevention, determination of oil change cycle, refueling and oil change cleaning, repair and treatment, waste oil recovery and disposal, improvement of equipment lubrication system and device, and promotion of lubrication management requirements.
C) Lubrication professionals should comprehensively consider and determine the types, brands and quality grades of lubricants suitable for equipment use according to factors such as equipment type, load, temperature, speed, pressure, (working condition) environment, medium, energy consumption and cost, as well as equipment-related lubrication technical data and use experience;
D) According to the needs of equipment lubrication management, formulate lubrication standards, which should cover the "six definitions" of lubrication, namely, fixed point, fixed quality, fixed quantity, fixed time, fixed method and fixed post;
Note: lubrication "six settings" refers to:
Fixed point: refers to the lubrication part;
Quality decision: refers to the type and brand of lubricant;
Quantification: it refers to the specific description and judgment standard of equipment lubricant consumption, and the parameters and measurement units should be clear in quantification;
Timing: refers to the interval of lubrication;
Setting method: refers to the tools used in lubrication, such as manual grease gun filling, manual daubing and manual pump filling.
Fixed post: refers to the post where lubrication is clearly carried out.
E) According to the lubrication standard, establish the enterprise lubrication management work plan and implementation work record;
F) According to the needs of lubrication management, train the personnel engaged in lubrication to ensure their ability to perform their duties;
G) The personnel who carry out lubrication operations should do a good job in daily lubrication such as refueling, oil change, filtration and detection according to the requirements of enterprise lubrication management; Do a good job in regular inspection, cleaning, waterproof, dustproof, adjustment, testing and other daily maintenance of the lubrication system;
H) According to the needs of lubrication management, enterprises should set up lubrication stations, equipped with corresponding lubrication tools, equipment and testing instruments. Ensure that the lubricating oil, appliances and storage areas are clearly marked, keep the environment of the lubricating station clean, and be dustproof, fireproof, rainproof, sun-proof and leak-proof;
I) According to the needs of equipment management, establish a monitoring system for equipment lubrication status, and take reasonable measures such as lubrication, pollution control, oil change and maintenance as appropriate according to the monitoring results;
J) Correctly determine the quality of lubricant used in the equipment and the oil change and refueling period. If the performance of lubricant can't meet the minimum requirements of equipment lubrication, it should be replaced in time and disposed reasonably;
K) The storage, transportation, use, storage and scrapping of lubricants should prevent environmental pollution and health damage, and ensure safety;
L) According to the needs, in order to improve the lubrication effect of equipment and reduce oil consumption and energy consumption, the enterprise should improve or optimize the equipment lubrication system and device;
M) The equipment management department of the enterprise shall, as required, make statistical records on the annual lubricant consumption and the consumption of equipment parts that need lubrication, and analyze and record the downtime and reasons of equipment lubrication and wear failure;
Note: Statistical analysis of lubrication management data can provide economic benefit basis for enterprises to improve lubrication management.
N) Evidence of the results of activities shall be maintained.
The above reply, I hope it will help you.
