What kind of microbial inoculants are suitable for composting kitchen waste to make organic fertilizer?
First method

Here are some guidelines for making fertilizer for families:

Composting of kitchen waste is a process of decomposing organic matter (food waste) by using microorganisms and insects in nature in the presence of air and water. The final product is called kitchen waste fertilizer, which is rich in easy-to-use plant nutrients and forms a part of healthy soil. It is suggested that you can buy barrels and wooden cases for composting kitchen waste. It is best to make it on the balcony or outdoors. There will be odor (mainly ammonia and hydrogen sulfide) when kitchen waste compost is fermented.

Composting kitchen waste mainly requires the following conditions: carbon-containing organic matter such as dried leaves, sawdust, paper, peanut shells, melon seeds and other nitrogen-containing organic matter such as fruit and vegetable waste, coffee grounds, malt powder and so on.

1, air 2, proper amount of water 3, turning kitchen waste into treasure?

Simple 6 steps:?

1. Separate edible kitchen wastes (vegetable skins, peels and a small amount of discarded cooked food) into containers.

2. Collect dry organic matter (dry leaves, sawdust) in a small container.

3. Take a box or bucket and drill 4 holes around the container. Five different holes let air in.

4. Lay a layer of soil on the bottom.

Now, food waste is added alternately with wet waste (vegetable and fruit peels) and dry waste (straw, sawdust and dried leaves).

6. Cover this container with plastic sheets or wooden boards to help keep moisture and heat. Some suggestions are to rotate the pile quickly with a rake every few days to provide expansion. If you think the pile is too dry, please sprinkle some water to make it wet.

In 2-3 months, your kitchen waste should start to compost in dry dark brown soil. Kitchen waste composting also has ready-made complete sets of tools. With time and a little patience, you may like composting kitchen garbage. It is not recommended to use meat, bones, leftovers and leftovers.

Through sorting, recycling and composting, the garbage of a family of four can be reduced by 1000 kg to below1000 kg every year. Imagine that 90% of Chennai's garbage disappeared overnight, a clean and green city-it will help you start your composting journey.

The second method

How to use organic fertilizer to prepare nutrient soil;

① Taking field soil as the main material, the ratio of field soil to organic fertilizer is (8: 2) ~ (6: 4), and the bulk density of the prepared nutrient soil is about 1g/cm? ;

② Add a part of peat soil into the field soil, and then add a certain amount of organic fertilizer. The ratio of peat soil to organic fertilizer is 6: 3: 1. The prepared nutrient soil is loose, the bulk density is about 0.8g/cm, and it has good water absorption, heat absorption and fertilizer conservation performance.

(3) Use peat and vermiculite instead of vegetable soil to prevent the germs possibly carried by vegetable soil from harming seedlings and spreading to other vegetable fields. The ratio of peat to vermiculite can be 5:5, and organic fertilizer or inorganic fertilizer can be added. This kind of nutrient soil is loose, with a bulk density of about 0.25g/cm, and has good water absorption, heat absorption, fertilizer retention and ventilation.
