Second, the taboo of using microwave oven

One of the taboos of using microwave oven:

Remember not to use ordinary plastic containers. Microwave heating will deform plastic containers, and ordinary plastics will release toxic substances at high temperature, which will penetrate into heated food and endanger human health. Use a special microwave oven to hold food and put it in the microwave oven for heating.

The second taboo of using microwave oven:

Don't heat food with metal utensils. Tableware made of iron, aluminum, stainless steel, etc. is put into the microwave oven, which is easy to spark with the microwave oven and reflect the microwave, which not only damages the inside of the microwave oven, but also has poor heating effect.

The third taboo of using microwave oven:

Don't use closed containers in the microwave oven. You need to heat water, milk and other liquids. Remember to use wide-mouth containers. The heat generated by food heating in a closed container is difficult to dissipate, and the container is prone to explosion accidents under high pressure. When cooking food with a shell, pay attention to pierce the shell of the food in advance, so as not to burst after heating, splash and pollute the furnace wall, or splash and hurt people.

The fourth taboo of using microwave oven:

It is best not to heat it for too long. Sometimes you forget to take out the heated or thawed food in the microwave oven. If it takes more than 2 hours, you should throw away these foods, because the food that has been heated for too long has gone bad and is easy to cause food poisoning.

The fifth taboo of using microwave oven:

Remember not to put those meat foods that are already hot or half cooked in the microwave oven. There will still be bacteria in the half-cooked meat. Heating in the microwave oven for a short time is not enough to kill these bacteria. The meat people eat is full of bacteria. It is best to thaw frozen meat in the microwave oven before heating it to maturity.
