Forty-sixth relevant administrative departments in the process of supervision found in violation of the provisions of laws and regulations on bidding, should be dealt with according to law and promptly notify the project audit department, the project audit department should suspend the project execution or suspend the disbursement of funds.
Forty-seventh provincial people's government should establish a unified bidding credit system and publicity system in the province.
The relevant administrative departments at the provincial level shall establish their own platforms for recording and announcing illegal bidding activities, and be responsible for the daily maintenance of the platforms.
The provincial development and reform department shall, jointly with other relevant administrative departments, formulate comprehensive policies and relevant regulations on the management of announcement platforms.
Forty-eighth relevant administrative departments have the right to obtain, consult and copy relevant documents and investigate and verify the relevant situation according to law, and relevant units and individuals shall cooperate.
When consulting, copying and verifying relevant documents and investigating and verifying relevant information, the relevant administrative departments shall keep business secrets for the supervised persons.
