Shui Yuan Company manages a second-class reservoir-Dalangdian Reservoir. According to the business division of the Group, Shui Yuan Company is mainly responsible for reservoir management, inspection, maintenance, repair, water diversion and raw water supply.

Dalangdian Reservoir is the first plain reservoir in our province, located 22 kilometers south of Cangzhou City, and it is the only centralized water supply source in Cangzhou City. The reservoir covers an area of 3 1225.27 mu, with a total storage capacity of 0/03 million cubic meters, a dead storage capacity of 4.64 million cubic meters and a storage capacity of 95.66 million cubic meters. The annual water supply is 8 1, 2 1, 000 m3, the design water level is 1.4438+0m, and the dead water level. The annual evaporation of the reservoir is 20.06 million cubic meters, accounting for about 20% of the total storage capacity, and the annual seepage flow is 8.32 million cubic meters, accounting for about 8.3% of the total storage capacity.

Dalangdian Reservoir is the main water supply source in Cangzhou City. Currently, it is diverted once a year. The water diversion routes include Yellow River diversion into the lake and Wangda water diversion. The former comes from Liaocheng, Shandong, and the latter comes from Wangkuai Reservoir in Baoding. Since it was put into use, Dalangdian has stored water for 12 times, with nearly 600 million cubic meters of water, of which 1 1 times diverted water from the Yellow River into the lake, only once in Wangda in 2005.

The main water supply targets of Dalangdian are Cangzhou City, Yinda Port, Nanpi and Botou counties and cities around the reservoir. Since its completion, the cumulative water supply has exceeded 370 million cubic meters.

In order to ensure the safety of urban water use, Dalangdian has been fully enclosed in recent years. In addition, due to effective greening measures, the water quality index of the reservoir has always been above the second-class water quality standard of surface water, which is better than the third-class water quality requirement of drinking water sources.

Water supply company

The water supply company is responsible for raw water treatment, water quality monitoring, urban water supply and standby water source management, and its assets mainly include water plants, water supply pipe networks, water quality testing facilities and water supply dispatching systems.

The water supply company has three water plants, including two surface water plants and 1 underground water plants. The surface water plants are East Water Plant and Qingyuan Water Plant respectively, with a designed production capacity of 654.38+10,000 m3/day ... The underground water plant is West Water Plant, which is in standby state, with a designed production capacity of 50,000 m3/day. At present, the actual daily average water supply of the company is 98,000 m3, and the actual high daily water supply is 1.23 million m3.

Drainage company

The drainage company is mainly responsible for the production and sales of urban sewage treatment and reclaimed water. The assets under the jurisdiction of the company are mainly Yundong Sewage Treatment Plant, 32km sewage pipe network and13km reclaimed water pipe network.

Yundong Sewage Treatment Plant is located in the east of Juguantun Village, Yongji East Road, and its treatment scope covers domestic sewage and industrial wastewater in the area east of the urban canal. The factory covers an area of 130 mu, with a total investment of 22 1 10,000 yuan. It started in May 2003 and was completed in June 2004. The design scale is daily sewage treatment 1 1,000 cubic meters and reclaimed water of 30,000 cubic meters. After the completion of the sewage plant, it won the Luban Award, the highest national architectural engineering award in 2005. At the same time, by comprehensively strengthening internal management, Yundong Factory became the first sewage treatment enterprise in China to pass ISO900 1, ISO 1400 1, OHSAS 18000 certification.

In view of the characteristics of high ammonia nitrogen and low BOD in Cangzhou Chemical City, Yundong Factory adopted the internal reflux anaerobic, aerobic and microporous aeration oxidation ditch sewage treatment process, and the designed effluent quality reached the second-class standard of the national comprehensive wastewater discharge standard (GB8978- 1996). After the trial operation in September, 2004, the quality of sewage effluent and reclaimed water effluent reached the standard, especially the ammonia nitrogen removal rate of sewage reached above 98%, and the effluent was only below 1mg/l, and the treatment effect was far better than the design effluent standard.

The reclaimed water reuse project was officially completed in September, 2004, and the main indexes of effluent quality are better than the comprehensive water quality standards of reclaimed water reuse industrial circulating cooling water, municipal miscellaneous water and landscape water. From April 2008, Yundong began to supply reclaimed water to China Resources Thermal Power Plant, and sold 3.26 million cubic meters that year. At present, the average daily supply is 20600 cubic meters.
