Safe installation

(1) Winch operators should have a special plane, hold relevant certificates, be familiar with the technical performance of the equipment and the operating procedures of the winch, and wear protective equipment when working.

(2) Before driving, the repairman should check the frame structure, power cord, equipment zero connection, rope, ground anchor, parking device and protective door to meet the requirements before driving.

(3) It is forbidden to overload the material hoist.

(4) After the cage is lifted, no one is allowed to stand under the cage, and no one is allowed to get on or off the cage. After feeding, the feeding personnel should stay away from the material hoist, and other personnel are not allowed to probe from the shaft.

(5) When discharging, the operator can only open the protective door and hang the hanging cage for discharging after the hanging cage stops. After unloading, the operator can close the protective door before the hoist lowers the cage.

(6) There is a unified command signal for cage hoisting, which is prepared by the construction site and conveyed to the operators (operators, commanders and operators). If the signal is not clear, the operator may refuse to work.
