Chu cuisine culture
Chu cuisine, with Hubei flavor, is mainly based on aquatic products, with thick and bright juice, fresh and slightly spicy flavor, paying attention to its true colors, rich dishes and numerous banquets. It is good at cooking methods such as steaming, stewing, frying, roasting and frying, and has the characteristics of rolling, rotten, fresh and mellow.

Cai Linji Regan Noodles
Cai Linji is an old Regan Noodles brand in Wuhan, Hubei Province, which specializes in Regan Noodles and Wuhan specialty snacks. It opened its first store in Hankou in 1931, and it has been nearly a century since then, and Cai Linji's noodle restaurant can still be seen in the streets of Wuhan.
fuqinghe beef noodles
fuqinghe restaurant (now known as fuqinghe special noodle restaurant) was opened on minquan road in 1921 by brothers Shen shaozhong and Shen xianjie from Hunan province in partnership with Shen wanhe and tan zishou. it is an old-fashioned snack in jiangcheng with the same fame as laotongcheng bean skin, four seasons delicious soup buns and Cai linji Regan Noodles.
Tian Hengqi paste soup powder

Dehua building
