There are the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations for the Implementation of the Food Safety Law, the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Food Safety in Catering Services, the Code of Practice for Food Safety in Catering Services, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Product Quality, and the Measures for the Administration of Food Service Licenses, and so on.

I. The Chinese People's **** and the State Food Safety Law

The Chinese People's **** and the State Food Safety Law is to ensure food safety, to protect the public's health and safety of life formulated by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress issued on February 28, 2009, since June 1, 2009 shall come into force.

Two, the Chinese people's *** and the State Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Law

In order to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, safeguard public health, and promote the development of agriculture and the rural economy, the formulation of the Chinese people's *** and the State Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Law.

The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products was adopted by the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China at its twenty-first meeting on April 29, 2006, and shall come into force on November 1, 2006....

Third, "Code of Practice for Food Safety in Catering Services"

The Code of Practice for Food Safety in Catering Services was issued in July 2018 by the State Administration of Market Supervision. It will come into force on October 1, 2018.

The content covers standards and basic norms for various aspects of food service such as food service premises, food handling, cleaning operations, cleaning of eating utensils and takeaway delivery.

Four, "Food Service License Management Measures"

Food Service License Management Measures According to the State Food and Drug Administration website, according to the "Food Safety Law" and "Regulations for the Implementation of the Food Safety Law" developed by the "Food Service License Management Measures" and "Food Safety Supervision and Administration of Food Service Measures" have been formally released a few days ago, the two methods will be on 2010 May 1, 2010 onwards.

V. Regulations for the Implementation of the Food Safety Law

The Regulations for the Implementation of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China (Revised in 2016) are laws and regulations issued by the State Council on February 06, 2016, and have been in force since July 20, 2009.
