1. Payment standard

RMB5,111 per undergraduate

RMB25,111 per master

RMB31,111 per doctor

2. Application conditions

1. The applicant has applied for talent introduction through Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security or Longgang District Human Resources Bureau after the implementation of the "Shenlong Talents Program" policy

2. The applicant has obtained the full amount of Shenzhen talents.

3. The applicant must be within the jurisdiction of Longgang District for the first time to enter Shenzhen, and there is no cross-regional change

4. After entering Shenzhen for the first time, the applicant should be employed in Longgang District (registered as an employer in Longgang District), and his employer has paid Shenzhen social security in our district for 6 months or more (counting from the time when the notice of recruitment, the letter of introduction for graduates or the letter of introduction for overseas students to report), and the social security relationship is still in this district.

Remarks: The date of introduction shall be based on the date when the transfer notice, the letter of introduction from graduates or the letter of administrative introduction from overseas students are signed, and the application time must be reported within 1 years after receiving the municipal subsidy in full

III. Application materials

7. 1 copies of the applicant's financial social security card;

8. 1 copies of the applicant's social security list (i.e., social security payment voucher)

9. 1 copies of the applicant's bank running bill and historical detailed inquiry form for the newly introduced talents in Shenzhen.

IV. Application process

1. To apply

Applicants need to bring nine documents to the human resources department of Longgang District first. After handing in the materials on site, the staff will give you an email address, and then send the materials to the email address within the same day.

Monday to Friday (except weekends and legal holidays).

3. Publicity

Longgang District Human Resources Bureau will publicize the summary of the distribution list for 5 days

4. Fund disbursement

If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, our bureau will pay the funds to the talents according to the procedures; If there is any objection to the publicity, our bureau will review it. If the objection is proved to be true after retrial, it will not be funded, and the handling situation will be reported to the district talent office for the record; If it is proved that the objection is not true after retrial, it shall be handled according to normal procedures.

Article 3 Newly introduced talents must meet the following conditions when applying for renting and living allowances:

(1) They have a bachelor's degree or above in full-time general higher education, and their academic qualifications shall be subject to those declared when going through the introduction procedures;

(2) having Shenzhen household registration;

(3) social insurance premiums have been paid in Shenzhen, and the social insurance relationship is still in this city;

(4) I have not enjoyed preferential policies for purchasing houses and am not renting public rental housing;

In addition to the above requirements, newly transferred in-service talents should also meet the following age requirements: undergraduate students under 31 years old, master students under 35 years old, and doctoral students under 41 years old. The above-mentioned age conditions are judged on October 1 of the transfer-in year.

article 4 the standards of rent and living allowance for newly introduced talents are: 15,111 yuan/person for undergraduate, 25,111 yuan/person for master and 31,111 yuan/person for doctor. Subsidy funds are paid in one lump sum.
