Our country attaches great importance to the problem of safe production, and the illegal punishment of safe production is also very serious. Safety in production involves administrative punishment. In order to sanction the illegal acts of production safety and standardize the administrative punishment of production safety, measures for administrative punishment of production safety are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Punishment Law, the Law on Production Safety and other relevant laws and administrative regulations. Types of administrative penalties for illegal acts in production safety:

The time limit for sealing up or detaining shall not exceed 30 days. If the situation is complicated, it may be extended to 30 days with the approval of the person in charge of the safety supervision department, and a decision shall be made within the time limit for sealing up and detaining:

(1) Confiscating illegal property with clear illegal facts that should be confiscated according to law;

(two) the provisions of laws and administrative regulations shall be destroyed, destroyed according to law;

(3) If the laws and administrative regulations require the lifting of the seal-up or seizure, a decision shall be made to lift the seal-up or seizure. When sealing up or detaining, the decision and list of sealing up or detaining shall be made and delivered on the spot.
