Individual restaurants for tax registration certificate to go to the national tax or local tax? What kind of information should I prepare?

Going to the state tax will do.

Taxpayers should provide information:

Original industrial and commercial business license (copy) and its copy?

Original owner's ID card and its copy?

Proof of property (title certificate, lease agreement) original and its copy

Tax registration certificate for the process:

First for the industrial and commercial business license, and then with a copy of the business license and a copy of the owner's ID card and a copy of the organization code certificate, the articles of association, the assessment report of the registered capital, proof of ownership of the house or the housing lease contract, to the Tax Bureau for the Tax registration.

Fill out the application form for tax registration and pay the cost of the registration certificate (some areas are exempted). If you are a service industry, construction industry, catering industry and other businesses that pay business tax, you have to go to the local tax bureau: if you are a business that pays value-added tax, you have to go to the national tax bureau.

Taxpayers should declare to the tax authorities for tax records within 30 days from the date of receiving the Business License.
