How many kinds of garbage classification are there in Nanning?
Nanning municipal solid waste is divided into the following four categories:

(1) Recyclable materials refer to wastes suitable for recycling, including paper, plastics, metals, fabrics, glass, electrical and electronic products, etc.

(2) Kitchen waste refers to perishable domestic waste containing organic matter, including household kitchen waste, kitchen waste and other kitchen waste;

(3) Hazardous wastes refer to wastes that cause direct or potential harm to human health or the natural environment, including mercury-containing batteries, fluorescent tubes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers, medicines, paints, solvents, pesticides, disinfectants and their containers, films and photographic papers.

(4) Other garbage refers to domestic garbage other than the first three items.

Units and individuals that produce domestic garbage have the responsibility to classify and put domestic garbage, and put it in accordance with the following provisions:

(1) According to the classification of recyclables, kitchen wastes, harmful waste and other wastes, put them into corresponding marked collection containers respectively;

(two) waste furniture, household appliances and other large waste items, in the place designated by the person in charge of domestic waste classification management;

(three) the kitchen waste should be put after filtering out the water, and should not be mixed with wood, bamboo, plastic and other non-perishable items;

(4) Garbage that is fragile or contains harmful liquid shall be put into use after taking measures to prevent damage or leakage;

(five) other provisions of the state, the autonomous region and this Municipality on the classified delivery of domestic waste.

No unit or individual may arbitrarily abandon, dump or pile up domestic garbage, and may not mix industrial solid waste, medical waste, other hazardous waste, animal carcasses, construction waste, branches, leaves, dead trees and other green garbage generated in the process of landscaping maintenance with domestic garbage.
