Because the control means are rough or manual, the consistency and accuracy of the parameters are not high. Because the internal resistance parameters of the battery have not only been used for the consideration of the load capacity of the battery and the safe design of the short circuit of the power supply system, but also widely used for the consistency inspection and operation and maintenance of the fixed lead-acid battery. The test accuracy and repeatability of this parameter are particularly important. A set of high-precision, intelligent testing equipment for internal resistance and short-circuit current of fixed lead-acid batteries, which conforms to IEC61869 standard (GB/T19638), is very urgent.
