Binjiang City is the old name of Daowai District in Harbin, which belongs to Heilongjiang Province.

Binjiang City was renamed Daowai District of Harbin on 1956, which is an old city with a long history in Heilongjiang Province. Daowai District is located between 45 20' north latitude and 46 20' east longitude12615' to127 30'. The urban area borders Acheng District and Binxian County in the east, Binzhou Railway in Daoli District in the west, nangang district and Xiangfang District in the south, Songbei District and Hulan District in the north. The total area of the region is 6 18.6 square kilometers.

Daowai District 19 13 was called Binjiang County, and the Municipal Preparatory Office was established in 1927. Binjiang City was established in May of 1929, and Fujiadian, Sijiazi, Quanhe and Taiping Bridge are designated as the municipal districts of Binjiang.
