Yantai, Penglai and Weihai travel freely for six days
In order to escape the summer and see the sea, we chose Yantai, Penglai and Weihai for sea-view self-help tours in summer. Unexpectedly, I felt much cooler in Yantai than in Shanghai. Let's introduce our trip.
D1 There is only one local train from Shanghai to Yantai. It takes 21 hours to arrive at Yantai Railway Station, and at 6: 52 pm, you leave the north gate of the railway station and go to the square. You can take the No.17 sightseeing bus for more than 11 minutes to reach the World Trade Department Store Station (1 yuan), and get off at the No.1 store of Shimao Bay, which we booked in advance. Our friend recommended an apartment called "Stay at Home" at Shimao Bay No.1 near the downtown Binhai Square on Taobao. Shimao Bay No.1 is the tallest building group around the Bohai Sea. The apartment is a small self-service apartment with a room price of 158 yuan/day for three people (it seems that there are high-end sea-view rooms with 398 yuan, 318 yuan and 198 yuan), air conditioning, computers, televisions and independent kitchens. The room is not very comfortable. This family hotel introduced by a friend is quite clean, mainly in the city center, surrounded by Yantai Mountain, Binhai Square, Changyu Museum, the first bathing beach and so on. The environment is very good. It takes more than 21 hours by train to get here and you can cook by yourself. Shimao Bay is located in the CBD area in the center of Yantai. There is a lively market downstairs, such as big restaurants, small restaurants, food stalls, barbecue shops, etc. Friends and we bought a lot of seafood in the market and went back to Shimao Bay Store to make it ourselves. We had a seafood feast, which was great! Never eaten like this! After eating, I went downstairs to play in the Binhai Square. The seaside was good and noisy, and 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening was just a crowded time.
D2 warmed up the milk and eggs she bought last night in the kitchen, had a simple breakfast, and went to Yantai Mountain first, because it was free to go to Yantai Mountain before 7: 31 in the morning (because citizens were free to go to the mountains in the morning), and Yantai Mountain was close to Shimao Bay. When we went downstairs, we could see a white lighthouse on a hill by the sea. We went to yantai hill without buying tickets, and Yantai Mountain was also called "sea island" because it was surrounded by the sea on three sides. The combination of mountains and seas, connected by land and water, is one of the main scenic spots in Yantai city. Standing on Yantai Mountain, you can have a panoramic view of Yantai City. The main attractions are lighthouse, Yantai stone, memorial tower for anti-Japanese martyrs, stone boats, wave pavilion and buildings. The lighthouse on the mountain is an old castle lighthouse with a tower height of 49.25 meters, which is the origin of Yantai's name and the city symbol of Yantai. The surf pavilion on the mountain is the best place to watch the sea and listen to the waves. Yantai Mountain complex is the largest existing modern consulate complex in Asia. It is very distinctive, with different architectural styles, rich flavor of the times and well-preserved. There are the earliest existing British "veranda-style" buildings in its colonies in Asia, including classical, Chinese-Western and early British apartment buildings. It is said that it is a treasure house of modern architecture, and these modern buildings bring together different historical and cultural characteristics of different countries.
After coming out of Yantai Mountain, we came to Changyu Wine Culture Museum, which is the first world-class wine museum in China, next to Shimao Store, where we live. The fare is 31 yuan compared with that in 51 yuan, the difference lies in the different kinds of wine tasting and the different gifts. We bought tickets from 31 yuan, and the museum is characterized by the underground wine cellar, which takes Changyu's history of more than 121 years as the main line, and tells us the development history of China's national industry represented by Changyu and the knowledge of wine culture through a large number of cultural relics, physical objects, old photos, famous Mo Bao and so on. The museum is composed of wine culture square, century-old underground wine cellar, comprehensive hall, history hall, film and television hall, modern hall, calligraphy and painting hall, treasures hall, leisure shopping hall, conference reception hall, information network center, marketing center and modern office area. The century-old underground wine cellar is known as the No.1 in the Far East. The cellar is warm in winter and cool in summer. The arches and caves are staggered like a maze, and thousands of oak barrels, including the Asian barrel king, are arranged neatly, which is spectacular. Out of the museum.
after leaving the museum, we visited the seaside of Binhai Square. Go to sightseeing bus station of No.17 Road, Hongkou Hotel, east of Binhai Square from the coastal edge on the west side of Binhai Square, take No.17 Road to follow the sightseeing route along Binhai Road, pass the first bathing beach, Moon Bay, East Fort, Zhanqiao, Second bathing beach, Haichang Fisherman's Wharf, Huanghai Zhanqiao, Yantai University East Gate bathing beach and other scenic spots, and stroll back along Binhai Road one by one. There are many people at the seaside picking up shells and catching dragonflies. I think East Fort, Moon Bay and Trestle are not bad. If you are tired of playing, you can take the 17 bus and go back to Shimao Bay Store to have a rest.
D3 In the morning, take bus No.8, 18 and 51 at Shimao Department Store Station, and you can take the bus to Penglai at Beima Road Bus Station. There are a lot of buses running every 15 minutes, and the fare is RMB 16. Here, I want to praise the bus service in Shandong. The flight attendants are all like stewardesses. First, they introduce themselves and drivers, and then remind them of the journey. They are also responsible for pouring water for passengers. They are very enthusiastic and have questions to answer. We planned to go to Long Island by boat in the afternoon after visiting Penglai Pavilion, so we left our luggage at the bus station (3 yuan/piece). All the scenic spots in Penglai can't use student ID cards, so we bought tickets for scenic spots at the station, and the station provided indirect delivery service for scenic spots free of charge. Penglai Pavilion ticket 85 yuan, joint ticket 111 yuan, plus Qi Jiguang's former residence. We spent 4 hours visiting the whole Penglai Pavilion scenic spot, which is quite large. The ancient buildings here are not grand but very Gu Zhuo. The best place to see the sea is the seaside plank road built by Tian Hengshan along the cliff, which feels particularly good. Here, I would also like to praise the driver's master who picked up and dropped off the scenic spot at Penglai Station. On the way back to the station from the scenic spot, the driver heard that we were going to the dock to take a boat to Long Island. He just went to the nearby polar world to meet people, so he asked us to take our luggage and send us to the dock. What a warm-hearted man. We took a ferry to Long Island after 3: 11, and the fare was 31 yuan. We stayed at the fisherman's house in Master Diao's house on the island. There were so many fishermen's music on the island that it didn't matter if we didn't book it. It was all RMB 111 per person, including 3 meals. There were few standard rooms, so we had to book them early. I can sleep here at night without air conditioning. Originally, I planned to go to Jiuzhangya, but only a few scenic spots are sold here, and there are no separate ones. We slipped to Moon Bay for a stroll, and felt that it was not much different from Yantai Bay. The beach was pebbles, and many people picked pebbles.
D4 told boss Yujiale the night before that we were going out to sea, and he would help to get in touch. After breakfast the next day, at 7: 31, there was a bus to pick up people at various intersections. 181 yuan per person at sea. Starting from Long Island Pier, take a boat to Houji Island in the center of Bohai Sea (there are also many birds), and then go to Wanniao Island. When you see so many seabirds for the first time, tourists are excited to feed them, come back to Baota Reef from Bird Island, then land on Miaodao, and finally return. Go back to fisherman's house at noon and Penglai after dinner, and take a bus to Yantai in the afternoon. Go back to Shimao Bay Store in the evening.
D5 went downstairs at 7:31 a.m. on the fifth day and took bus No.2 for a few minutes to arrive at the bus terminal. The bus from Yantai to Weihai runs every 15 minutes. The fare to Weihai is RMB 17, so it is convenient to wave to get on the bus at the roadside. When you arrive in Weihai in an hour, remember not to get off at the bus terminal (the bus terminal is in Weihai Economic Zone, which is far from the pier where Weihai goes to Liu Gongdao). Be sure to get off near Weihai Zhenhua Commercial Building in Huancui District and take a taxi to Liu Gongdao Yacht Pier, so as to get to Liu Gongdao at 9: 11 a.m. and return to Weihai for dinner by boat at noon after the morning visit. After dinner, I visited Weihai city and seaside park, and felt that the seaside was good. In the evening, I stayed at the Anton Family Travel Service in Weihai (it seems to be a chain of Yantai Family Travel Service).
D6 take a bus back to Yantai in the morning and get off at Yangma Island to visit the place where Qin Shihuang raised horses. After getting off at the exit of Yangma Island at Yanwei Expressway, take a taxi (or bus) at Yangma Island on Binhai Road to go to Yangma Island and visit the seaside. The sea here is particularly clear and the sand is quite fine. You can go to the racetrack for a ride. Because I didn't buy a train ticket from Weihai to Shanghai before, mainly the trains from Jinan or Xuzhou to Shanghai only had standing tickets. Why do you think the train tickets are so popular at ordinary times? In the evening, I went back to Yantai to "stay at home", have a good rest and prepare for a 21-hour return trip the next day.
Tips:
Itinerary: One Penglai Pavilion, one Long Island, one Weihai and one Yangma Island in downtown Yantai, * * * six days.
sun protection! Sunscreen, after-sun repair, sun umbrellas and sunglasses should be prepared.
if the accommodation is booked in advance, it is recommended to stay at Shimao Bay Hotel or Huafujia Hotel in Yantai. You can find this Taobao shop by searching for Baobei's "Stay at Home" or "Yantai Huafujia Travel" on the Internet or Taobao. There are real photos on it, and the most important thing is the real evaluation of the guests. If you make the itinerary in advance, you can ensure a good price for the room, cook your own seafood dinner or simply make something you like.
Wear sports shoes when climbing mountains and sandals when going to the cobblestone beach, otherwise your feet will be miserable.
including the travel time, our six-day trip cost about 2511 yuan per person, including buying some souvenirs.
