Nanshan district integral admission policy

It was learned from Nanshan District Education Bureau that the district has published the Trial Measures for Admission of Public Schools in Compulsory Education Stage. Starting from this autumn, the district will provide junior high school and primary school freshmen's degrees, and the degrees will be arranged in the order from high to low.

It is understood that Nanshan District's "Integral Admission" program has set up four integral items, with a full score of 100.

The first item of the score is the household registration of the students applying for admission, with a full score of 20 points. Among them, Shenzhen household registration is divided into 3 categories, with 20 points for Class A, and students are registered in this school district; Class B 15, students are affiliated with the household registration of this school district; Class C 14, students are not registered in this school district.

The second integral item is the family housing situation of the students applying for admission, with a full score of 50 points. The integral project divides the purchase of houses in the school district into 7 categories, and the rental of houses in the school district into 8 categories.

The third integral item is the family planning situation of the students applying for admission, with a full score of 20. The project is divided into 9 categories according to the number of children in the family and the number of children in the family. Among them, the only child (including twins) gets 20 points, the first child outside the policy (referring to the illegal birth plus fine procedures) gets 13 points, and the third child outside the policy (plus fine procedures) gets 0 points.

The fourth integral item is the employment situation of parents of students applying for admission, with a full score of 10. Among them, students who apply for admission are registered in Shenzhen and do not need to check their parents' employment situation, and get 10.

Nanshan District's "points admission" program stipulates that public schools and education departments in this district will be admitted from high scores to low scores according to the final points until the enrollment plans of each school are full. Each school will post the list of new students and their final points at the specified time, and parents can also check the admission results and final points through the website of the district education bureau's enrollment system.

Interpretation of the integral admission policy in Nanshan District

Pay more attention to real estate

Buy a first-hand house for more than 2 years and add 50 points.

Different from other districts, Nanshan did not set basic points this year, but adopted "direct points and admission in turn". Points are set in four categories, including household registration, housing, family planning and parents' employment. The perfect score is 100. Students registered in this school district will get 20 points. If one of the students' parents is a deep household, and the students who apply for admission are not deep households, add 13 points.

In principle, only 1 can be provided in the same housing in the school district to apply for a primary school degree, and 1 can be provided to apply for a junior high school degree within three years. Add 50 points for purchasing first-hand houses for 2 years or more (purchased before August 201/year) and 45 points for purchasing second-hand houses for less than 2 years. Rent for more than 4 years plus 15 points.

In family planning, the only child gets 20 points, and twins can enjoy the same points as the only child. Add 13 points to the first child outside the policy (refer to the punishment procedure for illegitimate birth). Policy second child plus 10 points.

Each school will post the list of new students and their final points at the specified time, and parents can also check the admission results and final points through the website of the district education bureau's enrollment system. Students who study in the district public welfare private schools and pass the qualification examination enjoy the degree subsidies issued by the government.
