Common dietotherapy methods for liver cirrhosis are:
(1) Poria porridge with black sesame: black sesame 10g, Poria cocos 15g, 3 slices of ginger, and rice 100g. Slice ginger, mash Poria, soak for half an hour, and fry twice. Mix the two soups and cook them with rice and sesame seeds to make porridge. Take it at breakfast and dinner, and the patients with ascites have better curative effect.
(2) Lily porridge: lily 60g, rice 100g and ginger 3 slices. Lily is washed and chopped, and porridge is cooked with rice, which can be taken for breakfast and dinner, and can be used for ascites.
(3) Lotus leaf medicine kernel duck soup: 50 grams of lotus leaf, 500 grams of fresh duck meat, and medicine kernel 100 grams. Wash and chop fresh ducks, put them together with lotus leaves, add water until the meat is rotten, without adding seasoning such as salt, twice a day, about 250 ml each time, and take 10 ~ 14 days continuously, which has the effects of diuresis, detumescence, blood supplement and blood circulation promotion.
(4) Elsholtzia porridge: Elsholtzia 10g, japonica rice 50 ~ 10g. Cleaning Elsholtzia, decocting in water, removing residues, and adding japonica rice to cook porridge. Twice a day, breakfast and dinner.
(5) Red bean, white gourd and carp soup: 500g fresh carp, red bean 1, white gourd 100g. Fresh carp are scaled and eviscerated, and then boiled with red beans until half-cooked. Add 200 grams of wax gourd, then cook until the meat is rotten and the soup is white, without adding salt and other seasonings. After cooking, filter with emery cloth to remove residue. 10 ~ 14 days, twice a day, about 250 ml each time. It can improve plasma protein and has strong diuretic and detumescence effects.
(6) Steamed watermelon with garlic: garlic 60-90g, watermelon 1, about 1, 500-2000g. First, dig a triangular hole in the watermelon skin with a sharp knife, peel the garlic and put it into the watermelon, then block the hole with the dug watermelon skin and steam the hole upwards. Eat garlic and watermelon pulp while it is hot. Garlic has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and watermelon has the effect of clearing away heat and relieving summer heat, promoting diuresis and reducing swelling.
(7) Steamed frog: 250g frog, 3g onion, 3g ginger, a little rice wine, refined salt and monosodium glutamate. Peel and gut the frog, put it in a bowl, add appropriate amount of water, add rice wine, onion, ginger and salt, and cook it over high heat until it is done. Drinking soup has the effect of tonifying deficiency and benefiting water.
(8) Egg laying on jujube: jujube 10, medlar 30g, 2 eggs. Wash Fructus Lycii and Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, add appropriate amount of water, slow fire 1 hour, add eggs, and cook for a while to make poached eggs. Eat soup and eggs twice a day. Used for nourishing liver and kidney.
(9) Stewed turtle with yam longan: 30g yam slices, 20g longan meat and one turtle (about 500g). First, put the soft-shelled turtle in warm water at 45℃ to make it completely excrete urine, and then scald it to death. Then add a proper amount of water to the meat and stew it with yam and longan meat until it is cooked. Eat meat with soup, and those with yin deficiency should use it.
(10) Polygonum multiflorum boiled eggs: Polygonum multiflorum 20g, Jujube 10, 2 eggs. Boil Polygoni Multiflori Radix, Fructus Jujubae, and egg with appropriate amount of water, and after the egg is cooked and shelled, fry the water to 1 bowl, and remove the residue to taste. Eat soup and eggs every day 1 time 15 to 20 days. Protect the liver and stomach.
