Roasted seaweed, rice, soy sauce, pork floss and ham sausage for sushi.
Sushi vinegar: white vinegar, sugar and salt (10: 3: 1)
Exercise:
1. Let the rice cool after cooking (Northeast rice is used for cooking rice, not too much water). Divide the rice into two parts, one and a half bowls and one 1 bowl, and mix the little rice with sushi vinegar for later use. This is used to make the white part of the bear face.
2. Mix another portion of rice with 1 teaspoon (5ml) soy sauce and appropriate amount of meat floss, which is used to make the brown part of the bear face.
3. Unfold the sushi curtain, put a piece of grilled seaweed for sushi (the size is 65438+ 0/3 of the whole piece), knead the brown rice into finger thickness and put it on one side of the seaweed.
4. Roll the sushi curtain as tightly as possible to make cylindrical sushi. Make another one when you're done. This is a bear's ear.
5. Unfold the sushi curtain, put a piece of grilled seaweed for sushi (the size is 65438+ 0.2 of the whole piece), turn the brown rice upside down and lay it flat on the seaweed, put ham sausage in the middle, roll it up, and roll it as tightly as possible to make thick cylindrical sushi. This is the bear's face, and the sausage is the bear's nose. If the ham sausage is too thick, trim it with a knife.
6. Take a whole piece of seaweed, spread it with white rice, and then put two thin cylindrical sushi in the middle, one finger wide in the middle and filled with rice in the middle. Then put the thick cylindrical sushi with bear face on it and roll it as tightly as possible.
7. Cut the prepared sushi into sections with a knife. When cutting, the knife should be sharp, dip in some water, and turn the sushi in different directions when cutting to avoid deformation.
8. Arrange the shape of each sushi, cut it into small circles with seaweed, make it into bear's eyes and nose, and serve it with vegetables.
