Onion caramel fried eggs
Method:
1. Cut the onion into thin strips, try to keep the cut out with the pin vertically, and the thickness of each strip should be the same. Otherwise, some parts will be burnt and some will still be white during frying
2. Add more oil, spread it evenly into the pot, and stir-fry over medium heat
3. Fry until the onions are cooked. Slightly burnt
4. Beat the eggs, add onions and salt, mix well, the egg liquid can cover the onions, here I used 3/4 onions and 2 eggs

6. Fry until the eggs are completely set and the eggs can slide freely in the pan, then flip over and fry the other side
