Composition:
Fat beef 100g, half zucchini, half carrot, five spinach, five mushrooms, proper amount of bean sprouts and spicy cabbage.
Sauce:
2 tablespoons of Korean hot sauce, 2 tablespoons of Sprite, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, sesame oil 1 tablespoon, white sesame 1 tablespoon, and a little honey.
Exercise:
