2. Peel, wash and slice the yam.
Step 3: put in a steamer.
4. Steam on high fire for about twenty minutes.
5. Put the steamed apples and yams into fresh-keeping bags and press them into mud.
6. Put a clean mold on the plate, cut a small hole in the corner of the fresh-keeping bag, squeeze the apple yam mud into the mold, and smooth the surface with a spoon.
Do it in turn.
8. Let it stand for a few minutes, and then take out the mold.
9. Just pour honey on it.
