Chizhou Specialty 1: East to Yun Jian
"Dongzhi Yun Jian" tea is produced in the deep mountains of southeast dongzhi county. Oriental tea has a long history and enjoys a high reputation at home and abroad. Qi Hong, one of the three largest black teas in the world, originated in Du Yao in the east. In 2009,' Dongzhi Yun Jian' series of tea was awarded the national geographical indication certification trademark.
Chizhou Specialty 2: Soft Bridge Salted Duck
Ruanqiao salted duck is a traditional dish in Chizhou, Anhui Province, with a long history. Its production method is very elaborate. Mao Qi duck is selected as the main raw material, slaughtered in early winter, preserved for more than one month through ancestral technology, and then naturally air-dried. There are twelve processes. The produced salted duck is rich in taste, fat but not greasy, fresh, tender and delicious, with moderate salinity and fresh and mellow taste.
Chizhou specialty 3: Xishan jiaozao
Xishan jiaozao is produced in xishan village, Tangxi Town, Jiuhua Mountain Range. It started in the Five Dynasties and Ten Countries and has a history of 1000 years. According to the Records of Guichi County, burning dates in Xishan Mountain has been listed as a tribute since the heyday of Song Renzong. Zaolin is located on the mountain above 600 meters above sea level, where the soil is loose and Yun Teng is foggy. The fresh dates produced are thin and thick, with large and small cores and shapes like wax gourd.
