Food: yam, carrot, pepper, edible oil, edible salt and sesame oil.
Practice: Wash carrots and peppers and cut them into powder. Pour some oil into the pan and fry it until it is raw. After the yam is refrigerated, it is ground into mud. Pour the pressed yam mud into a bowl, add the fried pepper and carrot, add salt and grab all the ingredients evenly. Prepare the crystal jelly mold, coat the inner cavity with sesame oil, then fill in the mixed yam mud and fasten it with a spoon. Then remove the mold and put it on the plate and eat it.
2. Qiao Hu white rice
Food: white rice, corn, green peas, carrots, chicken breast, cheese, raw eggs, seaweed, cooking oil and corn flour.
Practice: Tamp the white rice, demould it and put it on a plate. Take a lump of white rice and wrap it in a fresh-keeping bag, and squeeze out Qiao Hu's ears. Add a proper amount of corn flour to the egg yolk, stir well, pour in egg white powder, and turn over after coagulation. Cheese slices are made into olives with scissors and applied to the lower part of the face. Cut the cheese slices into two small semicircles and stuff them in your ears. Laver is cut as shown in the figure. Corn, green peas and diced carrots are ready. Add some oil to the wok, stir-fry the diced chicken breast to perfection, stir-fry the vegetables and fruits again, and finally add some sesame oil. Just put the stir-fry around Qiao Hu.
Fried rice with minced meat and eggs
Ingredients: egg 1 piece, multiple pieces of meat floss, half bowl of frozen miscellaneous vegetables, and a small amount of edible salt and oil.
Exercise:
1, raw eggs are reserved, miscellaneous vegetables are poured into a special dish for microwave heating, sprinkled with a small amount of salt, covered, and kept on fire for 3 minutes;
2. Add a small amount of vegetable oil to the wok. After the oil is boiled, pour it into the white rice and stir fry. Add vegetables and raw eggs and stir well, then add seasoning.
3. Sprinkle the floss on the fried rice with eggs.
Naiwei taiyangguang sweet soup
Ingredients: 250g carrot, 250g milk, one and a half bananas and apples, moderate amount of rice and a little sugar.
Exercise:
1. Wash fresh carrots and cut them into small pieces, and beat them into juice with a blender for later use.
2. Wash the rice, blanch it with a little water 15 minutes until it becomes thick, then pour carrot juice and milk and cook for 30 minutes.
3. Granulate bananas and apples and put them in before the soup is almost ready.
4. Just add some sugar.
Green peas cake
Ingredients: 200g of green peas, one cup of milk, one and a half cups of water, agar powder 10g, and eight spoonfuls of marshmallows.
Exercise:
1. Blanch green peas in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, remove pods and thin skins, put them in a blender, add a little milk and crush them.
2. Pour the water and agar powder into the pot and cook on low heat. Turn off the heat after boiling, and cook again while stirring 1 min. Then pour the sugar into the pot and cook for another minute. After the sugar melts, put it in the green pea sauce and turn off the heat.
3. Choose your favorite touch tool, soak tap water in the inside of the touch tool, pour it into the prepared green pea sauce, cool it and put it in the refrigerator for one hour until you like it.
