Steps:

2. Beat the whole egg into a bowl, add 10g white sugar, stir with electric egg beater at high speed, evenly add 10g white sugar, and continue stirring.
3. Add the last 10g sugar until the egg liquid turns white and becomes milky paste, and continue stirring for about 30 seconds.
4. Melt butter, cream and lemon juice in warm water and mix well.

6. Put it in a small paper cup and put it in an air frying pan at 180℃ (without preheating) for about 13- 15 minutes.
