2. Take the snow crab legs out of the refrigerator and thaw them for later use.
3. Wash the snow crab legs for later use.
4. Wash and cut onions, ginger and garlic for later use.
5. Put the chopped onions, ginger and garlic into the snow crab legs, and pour in white wine, vinegar and soy sauce.
6. Add water to the steamer and put the prepared snow crab legs into the steamer.
7. Bring to a boil over high fire and steam for 15 minutes, then take out the pot.
