1. Boiling Jujube: After carefully selecting Leling Jujube, rinse it with clear water and cook it in a pot. Cooked candied dates and smoked dates do not need further processing. Choose the same size, rinse it with warm water slightly, and remove unclean dust for later use. Preparation of egg batter: Take manual operation as an example, wash fresh eggs with clear water, shell them, and pump them into a clean container (after making, they can be operated with an egg beater).
