Ingredients: 10 foreign ginger, 2 long green peppers and half a sweet pepper.
Accessories: 1 single garlic, 6 slices of ginger, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of white vinegar, 1 spoon of balsamic vinegar.
1. Wash and slice ginger, put it in a pot with cold water, boil it for 3 minutes, then take it out and drain it for later use.
2. Shred green pepper, red pepper, garlic and ginger.
3. Put oil in a hot pan, saute ginger slices and garlic slices, pour in green and red peppers, and stir-fry until the green peppers are fragrant.
4. Pour in the ginger and continue to stir fry. Add 1 teaspoon vinegar and stir well. Turn off the heat when the ginger is cooked, add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt and stir well.
5. Put the plate on the table.
