4-5 months
Concentrated cod liver oil drops are gradually increased from 4 drops to 6 drops every day, and are administered twice. Vegetable juice and fruit juice are gradually increased from 3 tablespoons to 5 tablespoons, and are administered twice.
4-5 months, start eating cooked egg yolk. From 1/4, it is crushed and put into rice soup or milk, and then fed, and gradually increased to 1/2 after adaptation.
From four and a half months, give poorly cooked porridge without rice grains 1 tablespoon a day, and from five months, 2-3 tablespoons a day. You can add half a spoonful of vegetable paste to the porridge and give it twice.
6- 12 months
From 6 months to 12 months, the concentrated cod liver oil drops should be kept at about 6 drops a day and administered twice.
The number of cooked egg yolks is increased to 1 per day, and the transition is made to steamed egg custard for half a day.
Porridge can be from thin to semi-thick, 3 tablespoons each time, given twice, and gradually increased to 5-6 tablespoons.
1 tbsp puree can be added to the porridge, and a little seasoning can be added.
If you eat good weaned food, you can reduce your milk once.
7-8 months
Transition to whole custard.
Feed a small bowl (about 6-7 tablespoons) of thick porridge twice a day. Add 2-3 tablespoons of lime mud at first, and gradually increase it to 3-4 tablespoons. Porridge can be added with a little minced meat and beef horn in turn.
Chew steamed bread slices (1/2 slices) or biscuits for your baby at will to promote tooth development.
Breast milk (or other dairy products) is fed three or two times a day, and complementary food must be fed first, and then breast milk must be fed.
9- 10 months
You can refer to the following procedure for eating:
In the morning-6 o'clock in the morning, drink breast milk or formula milk, 10, 1 bowl of thick porridge, 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable puree, and half an egg custard;
Feeding breast milk or formula milk at 2 pm;
In the evening-6 o'clock, feed 1 bowl of thick porridge or rotten noodles and half an egg custard. In addition to vegetable paste, you can also add minced tofu, minced meat and liver paste to the porridge. 10 feeding
If the complementary food is good, you can feed less 1 time or consider weaning.
11-12 months
You can eat foods close to adults, such as soft rice, rotten vegetables, fruits, minced meat and digestible snacks.
If it is cool in spring and autumn, you can consider weaning. Drink milk 1-2 times a day after weaning.
