Graduated from Gansu Longnan Education College, party member, a middle school teacher. At present, he teaches at the Social Science Primary School in Tanping Township, Lixian County, Gansu Province, and concurrently serves as the special editor of China Poetry Development Department, the special editor of Time Elite, the special correspondent of Longnan Daily, Middle School Politics and History, the foreign correspondent of Campus Daily, and the branch director of the Young Writers Creation Center of Northern Literature Research Institute.
