Catch dried auricularia auricula in Northeast China.
A cucumber
Grab a handful of peanuts.
A spoonful of sugar
Two spoonfuls of vinegar
Two spoonfuls of soy sauce
A spoonful of Chili oil (you can make it yourself, see steps)
A little sesame oil
The method of cold mixing auricularia auricula, cucumber and peanut (delicious and easy to cook)
Soak dried auricularia auricula in cold water in advance.
Stir-fry peanuts in advance and let them cool (stir-fry them with an electric baking pan so as not to burn them) (stir-fry them more so as not to eat them all when mixing vegetables).
Squeeze Chili oil. Heat the oil and pour it into a bowl. There can be no water in the bowl, but there can be pepper particles. When the oil is a little cooler, add Chili noodles in three times and stir. If you add it early, it will be burnt, and you can also add some cooked sesame seeds. You can make more and put them in the refrigerator. (This practice is to refer to other people's prescriptions)
Blanch the soaked auricularia auricula with boiling water, take out cold water and drain. Dice cucumber.
Put auricularia auricula, cucumber and peanut into a large bowl, add one spoonful of sugar, two spoonfuls of vinegar, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of Chili oil and a little sesame oil, mix well and serve. It will taste better after a while.
