Du fu's quatrains

Two orioles sing green willows,

A line of egrets rose into the sky.

Autumn snow in Xiling, in front of the window,

Mambo Wu Dong Wan Li Ship.

First course: two stewed egg yolks covered with delicious onion leaves.

The second level: cut the cooked protein into small pieces, arrange them well, and put a green leaf under them.

The third way: stir-fry a pinch of protein.

The fourth way: a bowl of clear soup with seasoning, with several small eggshells floating on it.

There are four dishes on the table, each with an ancient poem, and the host is very happy to hear it. Together, these four poems are just a seven-character quatrain written by Du Fu in the Tang Dynasty.
