The specific steps to make delicious and simple minced meat, shrimp and tofu

Step 1

1. Cut the pork into mince, mix with appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt and starch and marinate.

2. Clean the fresh shrimps, peel off the shells, remove the mud lines, and cut into pieces. Cut the tofu into pieces of about 1.5 cm and place them in a container (whole or in portions) together with the shrimps for later use.
