West Street? Take bus No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 16, 20, and 22 in the city and get off at the Zhouyi Hospital stop. There is a one-way street there. When you get off the bus, go east on Xiaxi Street. If you go west, cross the street and go through the stairs next to the supermarket to Xiaxi Street. Walk eastward through the intersection of Lower West Street and you will reach Upper West Street.

In the city, for other bus lines, you can take bus 1, 2, 4, 5, 9, 10, 20, 22 (towards Nanqiao) and get off at Shunhe Road, then cross the street and go next to the supermarket. The stairs lead to Xiaxi Street.
