Materials:
A Pork belly 300g, onion 1/4, dried starch 1 tablespoon, rock sugar 2 tablespoons, soy sauce 3 tablespoons, spiced powder 1/2 tablespoons, aniseed 1 petal, salt 1 tablespoon;
B. 2 boiled eggs;
C. appropriate amount of broccoli and carrots;
D. appropriate amount of rice.
Exercise:

Making fried onion crisp: shred the onion, sprinkle with 1 tbsp dry starch and mix well, put oil in the pan and fry the onion until golden brown, and take it out to control the oil for later use;

Dice pork belly, put oil in the wok, add pork belly diced when it is 60% hot, stir-fry for 3 minutes on medium heat, and keep stirring. After the oil in the grease is forced out, add aniseed, spiced powder, soy sauce and rock sugar in turn, mix well, add a bowl of hot water (about 600ml), turn the water to low heat, pour in the onion crisp, cover and simmer.

Stew for about 35 minutes, the soup becomes thick, the meat is crisp and rotten, and turn off the fire;
4.
Blanch the vegetables in boiling water and mix them with braised pork and rice.
