Homemade garlic is as follows:

1. First, peel garlic. Peeling garlic is a patient job. Don't worry. Peel garlic and chop it with a knife. Pay attention to repeatedly cutting horizontally and vertically, so that the cut garlic will be more delicate.

2. Then decide to add a few red peppers according to personal taste. Red peppers must be fresh, not dried peppers. Wash and chop the red pepper for later use.

3. Boil the oil in the pot. When the oil temperature is 80% hot, stir-fry the peppers in the pot. After the spicy taste is over, put the minced garlic into the pot.

4. Continue to stir fry for about one minute, then put the boiling water, salt, oyster sauce and sugar into the pot. These seasonings should also be added according to personal taste.

5. Then continue to stir fry until you see the garlic bubbling in the pot, which proves that it has been copied. If you use it right away, you can put it on a plate and prepare it for use.

If we need to take it out for outdoor use, we'd better cool garlic before bottling. If spicy garlic is bottled directly, it will affect the taste.
