1. Wash the radish with clear water, then cut it into discs and put it in a clean and waterless container.
2. Add an appropriate amount of edible salt, marinate for 1 hour, and then pour out the marinated water.
3. Add three tablespoons of sugar, five tablespoons of soy sauce, one tablespoon of soy sauce, three tablespoons of vinegar and appropriate amount of pepper, stir well, and then marinate in the refrigerator for 2 days.
