The grants are 4,000 yuan, 3,000 yuan and 2,000 yuan respectively. Generally, the assessment is conducted once a year, with half distributed in 1 1 month and February of the previous year and the other half distributed in March and April of the second year.
According to the regulations, state grants are paid to students every month. But some schools distribute it twice a year for convenience. Most schools issue state grants in mid-June, which are distributed twice, half each time, and once in January, mostly at the end of each semester.

National grant application process:
1. Write the poverty certificate in the village committee or neighborhood committee where the household registration is located;
2. Take the completed family situation questionnaire and stamp it at the local civil affairs department;
3. Finally, give the poverty certificate and family situation questionnaire to the monitor or counselor.
