Xinyang College (Xinyang? University), located in Xinyang City, Henan Province, is a full-time private undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. On 20 14, the College became a member of Universities of Applied Sciences College Alliance. The school, formerly known as Huarui College of Xinyang Normal University, was founded in 2003, and was converted into a full-time private undergraduate college with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 20 16.

There are 106 laboratories, 1 experimental teaching demonstration center in Henan province, 2 virtual simulation experimental teaching projects in Henan province, 3 key laboratories in Xinyang city and 2 engineering technology research centers in Xinyang city. Seven provincial-level off-campus practical education bases for college students were approved, and 208 off-campus practical training bases were built with primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, enterprises and institutions.
