Pork tripe is rich in protein, fat, vitamin A and other nutrients, which has the functions of strengthening the spleen and stomach, treating diarrhea and quenching thirst!
Today I will introduce three kinds of pork belly.
First, stir-fry pork belly with green pepper.
Ingredients: pork tripe, green pepper, coriander, white sesame, soy sauce, sugar.
Exercise:
1. After cleaning the green pepper, remove the stalks, seeds and shred;

3. Add green pepper and shred, stir-fry until the green pepper is broken;

Second, Ginkgo Yuzhu Pork Belly Soup
Ingredients: 900g pork tripe, ginkgo 15, 2 yuba, 0/0 jujube/kloc-0, a few slices of ginger and 30 peppers.
Exercise:
1, first cut off the excess fat outside the pork belly, then put the whole pork belly upside down in an enlarged basin, sprinkle with salt, rub it until it is salty, and then rinse it with clear water. After repeating this for three times, add some white wine and knead it again, rinse it with clear water, and then turn the pork belly over. This step is crucial, only the mucus in the stomach is washed clean, and there is no odor;
2. Put water in the pot (no pork belly), add ginger slices and scallions. After the water is boiled, put the washed pork belly in, pour some cooking wine and scald the pork belly until it changes color. Wash with water to remove excess fat;
3. Put the whole washed pork belly into a casserole, add water and slightly beaten pepper, ginger slices and red dates. Boil over high fire for 20 minutes, add peeled ginkgo, and then turn to low heat for 40-50 minutes;
4. When the pork belly is ripe enough to be easily inserted with chopsticks, pick it up and cut it into small pieces, then put it in the pot with soaked yuba and return it to the pot for 20 minutes, and finally add salt to taste.
Tips:
Pick up the cooked pork belly and fry it with celery, add some soup, and it is also a small dish to eat.
