Braised pork with salted egg yolk
Ingredients: Wuhua, 400g of beef brisket and 5 salted egg yolks.
Seasoning: honey 3 tablespoons cooking wine 2 tablespoons garlic Jiang Mo moderate soy sauce 4 tablespoons oyster sauce 2 tablespoons.
Practice steps
1 Prepare pork belly and salted egg yolk, and wash them for later use.
Cut some meat from one end of the pork belly with clean scissors, dig a long hole and soak the salted egg yolk one by one. The filled pork belly is sealed with toothpicks to prevent salted eggs from running out.
3 Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, cooking wine and garlic Jiang Mo into barbecued pork juice, and marinate the soaked pork belly for half an hour.
4 put a bowl of oil in the pot, heat it to 70%, add the marinated pork belly, and fry it on low heat 15 minutes.
5. Cool the fried pork belly and cut it into 0.5 cm thick slices.
6 Cut it and put it on a plate, pour the sauce marinated before, and steam it in the pot for 15 minutes.
