Camellia oil miso Hu sesame paste
Make the most important sesame sauce first. What we are going to make is a special tea oil miso sesame sauce.
1, prepare ingredients
Ingredients: Miso (6g), white sesame paste (12g), white sesame powder (6g), sesame oil (10cc) and tea oil (20cc).
Seasoning: apple vinegar (40g), soy sauce (20g), salt (2g) and honey (6g).
P.S. can also add peanut butter, or buy sesame peanut butter directly, which will make the sauce thicker and more fragrant.
Step 2 mix the sauce
Put the tea oil and sesame oil into a container and stir well for later use.
Add miso, white sesame paste, white sesame powder and all seasonings and mix well. Serve.
