Ingredients: 8-10 chicken feet, 50g Cordyceps flower, 1 piece of lean meat (about 300g), 3 large slices of ginger, 1 candied date, Appropriate amount of salt and 5 scallops.
Method: 1. Cut off the nails and lean meat of the chicken feet, rinse them, put them into a pot and boil them in water, scoop them out and set aside. Soak the cordyceps flowers and scallops in hot water for half an hour each and set aside. 2. Mix the chicken feet with lean meat, cordyceps flowers, ginger slices, scallops and candied dates in a pot. Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. 3. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
Tip: In addition to making soup, you can also choose to stew directly in water. Eating chicken feet regularly can soften blood vessels and has beautifying effects.
American Ginseng Stewed Black-bone Chicken Soup
Half a black-bone chicken, 10 grams of American ginseng, 4 red dates, 4 slices of ginger
1 Clean the black-bone chicken and chop into large pieces pieces; slice ginger; remove pits from red dates; rinse American ginseng slices;
2 Put the black-bone chicken into the pot and use a stew pot to measure out the required amount of water. Because it is stewed with water, the soup will not dry out. It's watery, so you need to put in as many bowls of water as you need. Since I'm using two small stew pots, I just put in two stew pots of water;
3 No need to cover the pot , boil over high heat until the water boils and then turn off the heat;
4 Skim off the floating foam;
5 Divide the American ginseng, red dates and ginger slices into two parts and put them into two stew pots respectively. In the cup;
6 Put the black-bone chicken and water that have been wiped off the foam into two stew cups respectively;
7 Take a large flat-bottomed pot and put it into two stew cups. Add 1/3 of the water to the stew pot;
8 After the water boils, turn to medium heat and simmer for 3 hours. Watch the fire in the middle, because the water in the pot will dry out, so you need to add more water. Two to three times;
9 After stewing, open the lid of the stew pot and skim off the floating oil; add a small amount of salt to taste. The stew will taste very fresh, so don’t add it too salty
