Materials:
Tomato, potato, sirloin, onion, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt, star anise, ginger, garlic, vegetable oil, tomato sauce.
Exercise:
1. Boil the water in the pot, cut the raw beef brisket into pieces, blanch it, remove the froth, take a pressure cooker or a rice cooker, put it in the beef brisket, then pour in the cooking wine, soy sauce, onion, ginger slices, star anise and the water just past the beef brisket, and cover the pot to stew until it is rotten.
2. Take out the braised beef brisket, filter out onions, ginger and star anise from the soup in the pot for later use, and then cut tomatoes and potatoes into hob shapes.
3, put oil in the pot, stir-fry chopped green onion and stir-fry the fragrance.
4. Pour in tomatoes and potato pieces and stir fry over high heat.
5. Then add the beef brisket, stir fry, add the filtered beef soup, and add some hot water. After the fire boils, turn to medium heat and stew for a while.
6. Cook 15-20 minutes. When the potato pieces are soft, add sugar and salt to taste, and then take out the pot.
