Is the fresh sweet corn steamed or boiled?
Cut the corn kernels along the corn cob with a knife.
Enlarge the corn kernels into a bowl, sprinkle some water to disperse the corn kernels, and don't have too much water in the bowl.
Put two spoonfuls of corn starch and one spoonful of glutinous rice flour.
Stir well. Let every corn be stained with starch. It doesn't matter if there is more starch, it will be easier to handle and easy to shape)
Preheat the electric baking pan, brush a layer of cooking oil, pour in corn kernels, and dilute the corn kernels with a spoon; Take a spoonful of corn starch, add water to make starch water, and sprinkle it in the electric baking pan, as far as possible on the gap of corn kernels; Cover the pot and cook with the pancake key.
