The stomach likes to be moist and the spleen likes to be dry. Physicians in past dynasties often paid attention to dryness and dampness while ignoring softness when treating spleen and stomach diseases. Regardless of wind-cold, phlegm-eating, qi stagnation, blood stasis and other causes, it is nothing more than deficiency of yang with excess cold in the body and deficiency of yin with excess heat in the body. Deficiency of cold syndrome is attributed to spleen; Excessive heat syndrome is the responsibility of the stomach. If the course of the disease is long and the spleen and stomach are deficient in cold, it can be taken with drugs warmly, and it is not suitable for being too dry. This side takes the meaning of the six emperors to help the spleen dry and wet. Magnolia Officinalis, Fructus Amomi and Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae are used for regulating qi. Pinellia ternata and fried atractylodes help spleen to dry dampness; Hawthorn and divine comedy are depressed; Adenophora adenophora and jujube kernels are used together with warm and dry products to make them soft and moist; Saviae Miltiorrhizae Radix, Rhizoma Corydalis, and cornu Cervi Degelatinatum promote blood circulation, dredge collaterals, and relieve pain.
