Practice of Baked Chicken Legs with Salt
1. Wash chicken legs and drain.
2. 1/3 packets of salted chicken powder, evenly spread the salted chicken powder inside and outside the chicken legs, and marinate for more than 1 hour (I usually marinate in the morning and cook at dinner).
3. Put 1 tablespoon of oil into the rice cooker, add chicken legs (chicken skin facing up), and press the cooking button.
